    Niblick Development, Inc. was founded by Paul Blanchard, one of Utah's most experienced economic development professionals and his wife Kim, who is the Administrator of The Utah Alliance for Economic Development. Together, they have provided services to more than 30 cities, counties and companies in the western states.   As a team, they are committed to bringing professional economic development consulting services to clients throughout the Intermountain West."
